Lunch
Working from home has unexpected benefits. Being at home at all has unexpected benefits, actually. In the last month, I've been constantly on the go: two weeks in San Francisco divided up at different friends' places, back to London for three days, four days in Venice, back to London for another three days, four days in Geneva, and then finally back to London for a stretch. Three days at home isn't exactly enough time to go grocery shopping, so we *finally* did that last night on the way home from work, getting it out of the way before we had to hole up at home for the evening to avoid any rioting that might come our way.So today, lunch looks like this!I bought a Slap Chop in San Francisco because I knew Lefteris would love it (and he does!). It came with a Graty (!) which amounts to kind of a spiralizer, which is something we've been meaning to get for months. So *finally*, here we are:
- Spiralized zucchini
- Lox
- Asparagus sauteed with olive oil, garlic, and balsamic vinegar
- Topped with a little olive oil and rock salt
Delicious!
